Nintendo Renews Trademark For Metroid Prime

It seems Nintendo has renewed the trademark for the highly praised Metroid Prime series. The trademark was renewed and registered on the 13th of August, 2013. Now this isn’t a huge deal, all companies renew their trademarks, much like how Nintendo has renewed Eternal Darkness over the years a few times. Yet it never managed to do produce anything. It would be a great thing if Retro Studios were planning to develop another game in the Metroid Prime series for the Wii U. We are all basically positive that once Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is done, Retro will work on Metroid for Wii U.
